Some of the iconicproducts include the Mac book laptop, iPhone, and iPad tablet. Applecredits its success and growth partly to satisfied stakeholders. Thestakeholders include consumers, investors, employees, suppliers, anddistributors.

Consumers
Consumersare the top stakeholders for most businesses, which includeindividuals and organizations that purchase the products. Stakeholderengagement and communication is essential for business sustainability(Deverka, Lavallee,Desai, Esmail, Ramsey, Veenstra, &
Tunis,2012). The primary interest of Apple customers is to have usefulproducts with manageable prices. Apple consumers are always on theforefront when it comes to new technology and launching of newproduct. Press releases and conferences about the launch of the newproduct would be an ideal form of communication. The interwebs suchas Twitter, Facebook and Instagram would quickly give information onthe new release.
Investors
Investorsare usually the major stakeholders whose primary aim is to maximizetheir investments’ returns. They can be appropriately communicatedthrough reports on the new technology. A scheduled meeting with theinvestors before the release of the product to the public will benecessary.
AppleEmployees, Suppliers, and Distributors
Staffsare second priority stakeholders because they are the human resourcefor Apple Incorporation. There should be communication through thecompany emails about the product and its features and a staff meetingto announce the launch procedures. The distributors and suppliers arepart of the supply chain and among the first group to receive the newrelease for sales. A meeting would be the best form of communicationfor the suppliers and distributors to provide information on theproduct and benefits of sales.
Relationshipbetween Society and Business
Businessis driven by the society because they are the consumers of mostservices and goods and determinates of cooperate socialresponsibilities. Businesses and the community do not correlate in avacuum people expect firms to take care of their consumer needs. Atthe same time, companies rely on individuals to make profits.Consequently, industries around the world are faced with the task ofbalancing their commitments to stakeholders and legal, economic, andsocial obligations.
