Differentkinds of business entities go green for several reasons. That, mayinclude, and not limited to legal and tax advantages, reduced waste,improved work environment, public response, and for sustainabilityreasons. Going green to achieve an improved workplace makes the mostsense. An enhanced work environment has far-reaching effects tailoredtowards the productivity of the business. First, the health of theworkers is ensured especially those who suffer from respiratorydiseases. Second, it provides a clean operating area, and lastly, ittakes advantage care of the wastes, for instance, converting uneatenfood into methane to supply energy to the workplace. According toStritchand Christensen (2016), humanresources are key engines of production thus, the business shouldtake it as a top priority to safeguard and provide viable mechanismsof protecting their health. Improved workplace attracts highlyqualified employees and clients.

Thefirst benefit of going green is to create a healthier workplace. Thatreduces the number of sick days for the workers thus, increasedproductivity for the business. Going green for public relations isthe least benefit that should be considered. Taking the green pathshould come out as a lifestyle adopted by everyone within and withoutthe business(Stritch &amp Christensen, 2016).

Whichdisadvantage of Going Green makes a good case in your opinion andwhy?

Severalfactors account for the difficulty of going green. However, the mostprofound problem is the expense involved in the conversion. It is acostly endeavor initially due to the facilities such solar panelsthat need to be installed. Upsetting the initial upfront conversioncosts takes lots of the company’s revenues. Cost reduction by theenergy savings takes quite a long period (Stritch&amp Christensen, 2016).
