Iam pleased to inform you that the performance for the past year isout and we have not only attained our goals but also surpassed them.I express my gratitude and appreciation to each one of you for aidingthis accomplishment. In that regard, exceptional performance will berewarded through the newly approved management bonus program.
TheBoard of Directors has acknowledged that these results are due toyour commitment and efforts. Therefore, the board in collaborationwith the executive team have approved a bonus program to appreciatethose of you who make notable impacts on the company through revenueincrement or cost/expense savings.
Therewill be annual performance reviews that shall be accompanied bywritten recommendations to determine the amount of the bonus payable.Your annual performance score will help determine the bonus through asystem ranking, and the reviews shall be handled by the company’sremuneration committee. The process is expected to follow duediligence to enhance a high level of accuracy in the calculation ofthese bonuses.
Theaddition of annual performance-based bonuses for managers frommid-level is a company initiative to reward hard work and motivateyou to improve your performance. This is expected to improve theoverall productivity and profitability of the company, which is amongour top ranking goals. You are advised to keep this to yourselves fornow because it does not involve your staff in any way. If you haveany queries or need assistance, please write a letter addressed tothe HR manager.
