Iwould like to write to you this letter to encourage and inspire youto be a good nurse. Before I do that, I would it is my pleasure toinform you that I have gone through a similar path. I have alreadycompleted by course in Nursing. Currently, I am serving as a NurseAdministrator in a correctional facility in the city. Meaning, Iknow what you are going through and what it means to be a successfulnursing student.
Iwould like to congratulate you for making a decision to join nursing.Actually, nursing is a very lucrative and rewarding career. However,for you to enjoy the benefits of nursing, you will have to go througha strenuous training course. Here, you will have to attend numerousclasses, clinical practical sessions, do and submit quizzes,assignments, and examinations. Meaning, for you to succeeds, you haveno option rather than working so hard. You need to endure no matterhow challenging it might be.
Duringyour training, you will get an opportunity to meet and interact withstudents and lecturers from all walks of life. At the same time, youwill acquire important skills such as critical thinking, creativethinking, problem solving, and communication(McPeck, 2016).These will prepare you to be a competent practitioner who cancohesively relate with the leaders, colleagues, patients, carers, andthe general public.
Toconclude, it is my pleasure to take this opportunity to once againcommend you for the brilliant decision you have made to join thenursing profession. However, you have to emulate my hard work becauseit has made me to be an ideal professional. May God give you strengthto you succeed.

Owingto increased demand for education in this region and the emphasis ongood schools in our district, we have seen the need for formation ofa new charter school following a proposal request we received. Myfour colleagues and I have undertaken an in-depth research in theeducation sector within this district and realized the need forsetting up a new charter educational institution. The proposedcharter school is to encourage educational excellence within thisdistrict since it is evident that charter schools are some of thebest performing across the nation. We recommend opening such aninstitution to close the district`s achievement gap and ensurestudent equity, diversity and to enhance leadership in the region.Such a system will go a long way in raising learner’s educationalbar. It will further increase the percentage of this district`sstudents who are accepted to college and universities.
ABoard of Governors and a managerial Trust Committee will manage theproposed school. The Board of governors will be comprised of theregion`s most inspiring and high-achieving people from all sectorsacross the spectrum. The body will be charged with:
Determining the school’s education character.
Ensuring effective and efficient use of resources.
Approving income and expenditure estimates.
Accepting audited accounts
Appointing, grading, and reviewing suspension as well as dismissal of staff or students.
Themanagement body will be made up of:
A.Governor (Chair of the body)
C.Ex-official (Head Teacher)
Thisproposed district charter school will be open for enrollment, to allpotential students. There will be no discrimination whatsoever. Thefunding of the institution will be according to enrollment levels. Wehope to receive state public funds per student basis. We also expectfederal funding to the individual eligible students. Other avenues ofresource collection will include setting up of a school kitty toreceive donations from well-wishers.
Theschool to be set up should meet the following characteristics. Theschool should be designed to operate and promote district`s visionand core values. The leading body needs to come up with tailorededucational material that is relevant to the community and familiesin the region. In this context, the institution must ensure itdevelops a proper educational setup to push for the promotion of thedistrict’s continued excellence in education and sustainability ofacademics in the long run. This will be achieved by adoptingstrategies and practices to build the organization`s capacity andsupport. The school will need to keep in mind the necessity ofdiversity both regional, religious, racial diversity and democracy inline with the District’s core values of equity and fairness and thespirit envisaged in the supreme law of the land.
Likeany other charter school, the school needs to adopt a transparentmethod of organizational governance (TEA, 2017). Each employee in theinstitution will be required to sign an annual governance reportingform to ensure quality and constant employee appraisal. All boardmembers will be recruited by a professional body or the Board ofGovernors. They will be required to meet the relevant requirementsand after a vigorous recruitment interview be put through a mandatoryboard member and officer training program. The courses will differbetween various officials each consisting of three modules. Thetraining must happen annually for every employee after signing theircontracts.
Basedon our research the district has offered to finance a large part ofthese annual activities. From our discussion with the district`sauthorities, they have expressed their support for the setting up ofthis school in the region and will finance this training program. Thearea’s residents have also shown support for this noble ideatherefore, it would be prudent to set up a school kitty program wherethe residents can make a contribution and endorse this school’sactivities.
