SpecificPurpose:Persuadepeople to reduce stress because of the effect it has on our body
Thesisstatement:Stress is not in any way good for us at any part of our lives andshould be reduced and if possible eliminated completely
Stressis primarily a response by the body to pressure such as when the bodythinks it is being attacked. When stress begins to affect one’sability to live life normally for a long period, it is deemeddangerous. It becomes even worse for the body and mind when itpersists for a longer time making one lose concentration, feelfatigued and become irritable more often.

Stress and the effects it has on our bodies and why it should be reduced.
Chronic stress has been known to negatively affect our bodies by mainly causing wear and tear and even worse diseases.
These effects are primarily brought about by the changes experienced by the body or the habits people take up to cope with stress. Studies have indicated that reducing or managing stress can make us happier through living better and healthier lives (Collingwood).
A lot of people are unable to manage or reduce stress and therefore end up suffering from the negative effects it has on our bodies.
Through various simple strategies, nonetheless, people have over the years been able to reduce stress and it is hence possible and easier to implement these strategies to make sure one is able to reduce stress and avoid the effects.
Stressful behavior like abusing drugs as a stress remedy and reacting angrily in many occasions are just but the few habits that one is able to avoid if they manage stress.
The plan when implemented will ensure that people are happier and healthier unlike when this plan is not adopted to reduce stress.
We should, therefore, make it our initiative to make sure we have as little stress as possible.
The best way to achieve is by implementing the strategy in groups with people that we trust and have established strong relationships with.
Weshould, therefore, avoid stress entirely through the simple strategyI have outlined as well as others that may be recommended by apsychologist, since it is evident that stress is not in any way goodfor us at any part of our lives.
