Racism Question 1
Thepractice of several ways can bring this cycle to an end. The publicawareness needs to grow. The public has to decide that this has toend and then the appropriate measures employed to ensure it done. Thegovernment needs to enforce strict laws against it to ensure thiscruel act ends. Resist stereotyping the concerned individuals needto move a step ahead to know people as individuals other than groups.People should also learn and gain knowledge about this cycle.
RacialControl evolved and replicated over the last fifty years because ofvarious factors. Lack of awareness was a greater challenge. The restof the citizens could not know how discrimination occurred upon otherpeople as those incidences could not get displayed. Lack the strictlaws that could protect the African Americans profoundly contributedto its replication. The people did not bother about racism, and theytook it lightly facilitating its multiplication. Some of the Africansin America did not understand their rights hence they could notdefend themselves.
Onecan be more vigilant against institutional racism by advocating foran end of the segregation within the schools in the US. He can alsofight to ensure that the blacks get equal employment as the whites toavoid this. It is also good for one to push the constitution to makelaws that favor both the whites and the blacks without anydiscrimination. Fight to bring an end to the inequality in thewealth. One should also monitor to bring to an end the discriminationin the credit markets. Struggle to ensure each has equal rights tovote as well as preventing discrimination in the healthcare systems.
