The restof the citizens could not know how discrimination occurred upon otherpeople as those incidences could not get displayed. Lack the strictlaws that could protect the African Americans profoundly contributedto its replication. The people did not bother about racism, and theytook it lightly facilitating its multiplication. Some of the Africansin America did not understand their rights hence they could notdefend themselves.

Onecan be more vigilant against institutional racism by advocating foran end of the segregation within the schools in the US. He can alsofight to ensure that the blacks get equal employment as the whites toavoid this. It is also good for one to push the constitution to makelaws that favor both the whites and the blacks without anydiscrimination. Fight to bring an end to the inequality in thewealth. One should also monitor to bring to an end the discriminationin the credit markets. Struggle to ensure each has equal rights tovote as well as preventing discrimination in the healthcare systems.
