Summary
Thefuture of healthcare is dependent on the reforms that have beenenacted over the years. Though the reforms in the health care systemshave taken long to be implemented, the medicals sector has improvedsignificantly. Irrespective of the milestones made in improvinghealth, the sector still remains one of the most complicated andtalked about in the US. The change of leadership between theDemocrats and Republicans should be blamed for the lack of stabilityin this sector. The Obama government, though, has been able toclearly formulate what the position of the government is in thehealth care systems (Wishau, 2012). This has brought to an end astaggering debate on the role of government in the development andmanipulation of healthcare reforms. With that issue having beensorted out, the future of healthcare reforms seems to be stabilizingif at all only the needed amendments are introduced in the AffordableCare Act of 2010.
Itis imperative to note that people understand the complexity of thehealth care systems and their interpretations. In the wake ofimplementing the Obamacare, healthcare plans have become verycomplicated. With the fact that most people are not aware of thenature of their healthcare plans, the status of health care systemsare deemed to remain complicated until the Affordable Care Act isfully implemented. However, the people’s understanding and payingattention to healthcare plans is crucial in ensuring that only thebest policies regarding health are passed (Mestan,2017). This is an indication that the future of health care systemslooks bright.
