VideoReviewNameInstitutionVideoReviewIwatched ExtinctionSucks: Hectors Dolphins andI was so gratified with the video. The video shows real lifeexperiences of two girls Aleisha and Ash in the process of trying toraise funds for endangered animal species all over the world. Thegirls use hysterical methods to raise cash to save these endangeredspecies from extinction. Regardless of the minor shortcomings, theycan raise the required amount of money. They use the funds they getto buy specialized apparatus for environmental activists fighting torescue species destroyed by the human infringement, leading toillegal hunting or disease.Inthis video, the girls tour New Zealand where the smallest and mostexceptional of all dolphins in the world thrive[ CITATION Ada14 l 1033 ].Maui`s dolphins are located in the north island while Hector`sDolphin islocated on the south island. There are only 7,000 dolphin speciesremaining, and they are at the risk of becoming extinct because theirsurvival is threatened by humans due to fishing. The fishermen usegill nets that kill the dolphins, and this leads to the government toannounce an official forbiddance to rescue the hector`s dolphins. Onthe other hand, the fishing company is resisting this ruling, alleging that it will devastate their business. Aleisha and Ash tourNew Zealand to support the government in protecting the fish speciesby holding demonstrations, and meeting researchers who workeffortlessly to protect the dolphins.Inmy opinion, this is an excellent video with a combination of a ton ofhumor and a conservation adventure all wound into one. This video wasabsolutely a great way to pass the intended message to the targetedpopulation.References
